We had an amazing stay at this hotel, situated in a prime location close to amenities and the town center. The cottage itself was fantastic, with modernized yet characterful interiors. The two spacious bedrooms and excellent bathrooms were a highlight. We found the kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel also provided a parking permit, and it was a bonus that there were two electric car charging points nearby. The convenient access for loading and unloading at the top of the lane was greatly appreciated. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the nearby picturesque River Dart, as well as enjoy the numerous pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. We definitely plan on returning!

The cozy living room, complete with a big screen TV and a DVD player, was the perfect spot for family movie nights. We enjoyed snuggling up on the comfy sofas and watching our favorite films together. It felt like our own private cinema right in the heart of Dartmouth.
For dads, it would be great if there were a few more board games or family-friendly activities available in the cottage.

The private entrance made me feel like a superstar. And oh, the thrill of using a dishwasher and a microwave, it's like I'm living in the future!
Such a shame there wasn't a gold-plated toilet, could really have completed the luxurious experience.

What a gem of a place, absolutely amazing cottage in a perfect location. Cottage has been modernized but kept character and has 2 huge bedrooms and 2 excellent bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The location couldn't be better as everything in walking distance. The parking permit was great for nearby Car Park and a bonus for us as there are 2 electric car charging points too! Easy loading and unloading access at the top of the lane. Lots of lovely pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops all on your doorstep, not to mention the picturesque River Dart. We will definitely be back :)
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of amenities nearby and the picturesque River Dart just a stone's throw away. The staff treated us with warmth and made us feel right at home.

What a fantastic find! This charming cottage had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two excellent bathrooms was a major convenience. the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. the location couldn't have been better, with all the pubs, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. And the parking permit was a huge bonus, allowing us to easily explore the area. Plus, the electric car charging points were an unexpected and convenient amenity. We will definitely be back for another stay!
While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor issues. First, we struggled with the hob as there were no instructions provided.
